2002 NRL Challenge Trading Cards

The 2002 NRL Challenge release is a classic early-2000s rugby league trading card set from Select, featuring the stars, clubs, and award winners that defined the era. It’s a no-nonsense release built around a strong base set, with just enough chase cards to keep pack-ripping interesting.

What’s in the Set?

The base set spans all NRL clubs from the 2002 season, typically featuring player cards alongside club logos and checklists. On top of that, collectors could hunt down popular inserts such as Dally M Award winners, Club Players of the Year, Team of the Year selections, and Future Force cards highlighting emerging talent.

Why Collect 2002 NRL Challenge?

This release sits firmly in the nostalgia zone — affordable base cards, recognisable names, and inserts that still hold collector interest today. Whether you’re finishing a set, chasing specific players, or reliving peak early-2000s footy, the 2002 NRL Challenge delivers solid value without the modern-day overkill.
