Refund policy

Returns.

Our policy lasts for 30 days from the delivery of your order. We cannot provide returns after this period and cannot offer refunds or exchanges if not reported within 30 days.

To be eligible for a return you must contact us as soon as possible and provide a reason and any supporting images. Return postage will be paid for by the customer.

Non Returnable Items.

Gift Cards - These cannot be returned or credited under any circumstances. So please be aware of what you are purchasing at the time.

Item Non-Arrivals.

Refunds can only be given if the customer has used a registered mail service and the tracking information can show that the Post Office has not delivered the item directly. This allows us to chase up the correct channels for refunds. 
When using the cheaper mail options please note that no refunds can be offered in the case of non delivery. 

 

Refunds.

Refunds will be considered on a case by case basis. We strive for full transparency with our orders and will contact you if a product has any visible damage prior to shipping to discuss. If you feel the item received does not match the high quality we expect please contact us and we will assess the situation individually.

Immortals Trading Cards reserves the right to issue refunds in the form of store credit. This will be assessed on a case by case basis.

Refunds on discounted/special items will be issued at the rate paid not the tag price of the items. This means if you buy a $100 item at 50% off you will receive the $50 refund.
