Immortals Trading Cards - Shipping Policy.

Immortals Trading Cards is dedicated to providing the best service possible which means we pick and pack orders the very next day from ordering. We attempt to have all orders placed in the mail the very next business day and use Australia Post for the majority of our shipments. This means we have to play by Australia Posts rules/times and delivery schedules.

Shipping Rates.

Freight costs are completely out of hands and are set by Australia Post. We set our rates to what we deem to be fair and acceptable. At the time of this writing we have a cheap padded mailer option, a registered mail option and a parcel rate. This is set as flat rates based on the amount of cards purchased. 

Packing Standards.

All our cards are as taken care of in transit as possible. We use penny sleeves, top loaders, team bags, cardboard, padded mailers wherever applicable and take the utmost care for our orders. We are collectors too, we want the best for the delivery but sometimes once it leaves our hands we cannot control how the parcels are treated. 

Damage/loss.

In the event your mail/parcel arrives damaged we request images of the damage be sent and documented. Please contact us directly and we will work on a resolution for your specific circumstances.

In the event of a missing/lost parcel we will proceed with investigations with Australia Post and after they provide their findings we will issue a refund or if possible a replacement if applicable.

Please note - Any untracked service that is selected is outside of our protection if it goes missing. This cheap postage alternative is there to be used if the postage service is deemed reliable and you are comfortable with trusting our service. We will not issue refunds for lost items if they are not registered and tracked for both parties protection.
