Sacramento Kings

The Sacramento Kings carry one of the NBA's oldest franchise histories, beginning as the Rochester Royals in 1948. The franchise captured its lone NBA championship in 1951, before later moving through Cincinnati and Kansas City and finally arriving in Sacramento in 1985. The Kings' early-2000s era, led by stars such as Chris Webber, Vlade Divac and Mike Bibby, also produced memorable playoff runs and back-to-back Pacific Division titles in 2002 and 2003. :contentReference[oaicite:0]{index=0}
